- We will process and ship orders once payment has been cleared. Delivery timeframes depend on your location.
- Estimated delivery: 2-7 working days.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Policy
- We aim to deliver your products in the shortest time possible. Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We currently deliver across South Africa. For other regions, please contact us directly.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct and accurately spelled when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products. This policy is in place to avoid the risk of contamination and to ensure the highest safety standards for our customers.

Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that you receive an incorrect product. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence to process your refund.

- R200 delivery fee charged at checkout, for South African deliveries( major cities) for outskirt areas, shipping may increase
- Attention international buyers: Our R200 delivery fee applies only to South African deliveries, If purchasing from outside of South Africa, you must arrange your own courier like ( DHL. FedEx, Aramex, etc.) to collect your parcel from us- Please contact us via WhatsApp on +27 64 547 2689 before purchasing to confirm collection address and any additional details
- Bulk orders & 50kg peanuts, delivery fees will increase based on weight and size, please contact us before purchasing for measurements and weight so you can arrange your own courier or request a shipping quote
